Caring for the print
- Wash inside out at 30°C on a gentle cycle, with similar colours.
- Use a mild detergent. No bleach, and no fabric softener — softener coats the fibres and dulls the print.
- Hang or lay flat to dry. Tumble drying is the fastest way to age a print.
- Iron inside out, or on the reverse with a cloth over the design. Never directly on the print.
This is a printed garment, not embroidery. The ink is bonded into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it, so it will not peel — but washed hot or tumble dried repeatedly it will soften and fade over years. Washed cool and dried flat, it holds.
